IT Support Staff

Role: As an IT Support Specialist, I work in unison with the senior consultants at AMS to provide our clients with impeccable service and support. I help maintain all of our clients’ networks, and any other problems they may have regarding their technology needs. I also troubleshoot and repair walk in customer PCs and laptops.

Education: I am currently working on my degree at Central Maine Community College in Business Administration. I look forward to expanding my knowledge of hardware, software, and networking as it pertains to the information technology field.

Experience: I am relatively new to the IT field, but I am a hard working, and ambitious individual. I am currently pursuing my A+ Certification for networking and hardware.

Life Outside AMS: I enjoy spending time with family, friends and my overgrown puppy, Tank. I have also played semi- pro football for the past seven years. I love watching the Patriots, Red Sox and Celtics either in person or on the big screen. I also enjoy snowboarding, white water rafting and playing Texas Hold Em (as long as I’m winning).
