IT Support Specialist

This is a great part time position with the ability to grow to a full time career position very quickly. Every day is different, challenging and fun. This position will assist our System Engineers with hardware/software troubleshooting and configuration and networking services. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years computer hardware repair experience as well as Windows based domain/workgroup networking experience. This position requires remote administration as well as traveling to various local clients to service their networks. Working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, WINS, TCP/IP and MS Exchange Server is a plus. The willingness to learn and work hard to complete various projects is a must. Strong communication skills are very necessary as this individual will be working with many different clients and personalities. Candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and posses the ability to work in a team environment. Employer seeking long-term relationship.
