IT Support Specialist
Role: As an IT Support Specialist, I work in unison with the senior consultants at AMS to provide our clients with impeccable service and support. I help maintain all of our clients’ networks, and any other problems they may have regarding their technology needs. I also troubleshoot and repair walk in customer PCs and laptops.
Education: I am working on my degree at Central Maine Community College in Computer technology.
Experience: I am Comptia A+ certified in hardware and software. I have 4+ years experience working in the IT field.
Life Outside AMS: I enjoy spending time with family, friends. My wife, Abbie and I have a beautiful 20 month old daughter, Emma. So I spend most of my time chasing her around on all her little adventures, and I love every minute of it. I have also played semi- pro football for seven years. I enjoy snowboarding, poker, watching movies, the Patriots, Red Sox and Celtics.
